At Machines, we are committed to ensuring your hardware and electronic components meet the highest standards of performance. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging with all included cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  Shipping

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
